Dragon Ball Super Episode 81 - Crusher Bergamo vs. Son Goku!

It's a little too obvious at this stage in the plot what the writers are trying to do. Goku seems nuts, like he's lost the plot and quite frankly, I think he is way out of character at this point.

So why you might wonder do I think this?

Goku has been made to look like the bad guy by Bergamo in this episode who actually refers to Goku directly as the villain. Everyone in all the other Universes think the same thing. And guess what? I do too. 

He's practically turned into Cell at this point. He's reached the pinnacle of power after his God transformation and the plot writers must be creating this drastic character change on Goku to display how even a simple guy like Goku can become almost too arrogant with his power.

At the end of the episode Goku challenges the whole Universe, saying "Bring it on, I'll take out every last one of you". Despite jeopardising the entire Universe, he seems totally unfazed. And this is why a lot of the fandom are question whether Goku is even Goku anymore. For thousands if not millions of fans, Goku is a fictional character that symbolises a hero and he's very idiotically led everyone into the apocalypse. This is the same person that would drop his pride and ego and would do everything in his power to save the Earth. This is the same person who always stands for what's right.

And here he is, causing mayhem.

Final verdict: he must be on drugs.
